- Source census file (Excel or CSV format)
- Target carrier template (provided by your insurance carrier)
- Modern web browser with JavaScript enabled
- Basic familiarity with insurance enrollment data
Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Prepare Your Files
Before using the conversion tool, ensure your files are properly formatted:
- Census data should include employee demographic information
- Common fields include: Name, SSN, DOB, Address, Coverage Elections
- Template file should be the exact format required by your carrier
Step 2: Access the Tool
Navigate to the Census Conversion Tool:
- From the main dashboard, click "Census Conversion"
